You cannot put custom maps on the xbox, or PS3 no counsles just PC's

I've put this file into my "mods" folder for the whole world at war shabang-bang. But when I start up the game, it shows no mods available and when I go into mission select, it only shows the first level. Can't figure out how to get it to work
