yes of course, I can run the map just fine on the highest quality, but I don't have fraps.
also I don't know any one that can shoot the video with me so I will be alone in the map which will not look good in an MP map.

Hmm well the free version of Fraps is good enough, however some things are a bit limited (file size, file length)
But hopefully the quality of the video will compensate

XD it true, the map is actualy a very popular (in my eyes anyway as it is good for sniping) map with tanks and it usually has a train bridge running through the middle XD
