I can't actually play the custom maps!

When I download the .exe file and run it, it downloads it and says it has been placed in my mods folder (I do have one) but when i go into my mods folder the map i 'downloaded' wasn't there! I have tried downloading multiple maps all with the same outcome! Can some-one please help me!

Maps are not installed into Cod/mods/


They are installed into Appdata.


Also how is this to do with mapping support -_- Moved !

Huh? I go to AppData then to Local, then Activision, then to CoDWaW, then i go into my mods folder...i think that is where maps are intalled?

your maps are placed into your local activision folder NOT your root folder.

shouldnt even matter. as long as you have the mod appear into your list of mods ingame your fine.
