DOOM3 coop Campaign Play through

Please dont give me tons of flame about this, but im looking for some people to play doom3 OpenCoop gameplay with me. What kind of co-op game play is it?

I never tried it when I played the game, but is it campaign or what does the mod change?

It just makes it to where you can play doom3's campaign in a party of 4.
